Before you even sign a contract…

We start with a convenient over the phone conference to discuss your home and our approach to selling it.  After this, we prepare a customized Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) of your home to help determine the current market value.  Next, we meet with you, face-to-face, in your home to review our CMA, conduct a pre-staging/photography survey of your home and review our service agreement.  One thing you can count on is that we will make sure to take the time to answer all your questions and explain to you the entire process of selling your home with DMD Chicago Realty.

After this meeting, we will set a time to stage and photograph your home.  Within a week of contacting us, your home will be listed for sale on the MLS and multiple other internet sites such as Realtor.com, Trulia and RedFin.  Then we will have regular open houses to share your home with potential buyers.  We will continually share feedback with you from potential buyers.  We will receive and discuss all offers to buy your home with you, and we will negotiate hard to maximize the selling price of the home.

How we sell a home…

At DMD we understand how to sell a home, and do it quickly without compromising the price.  Your home will sell to the person who falls in love with it, just like you did.  To make this happen, we will make it stand out from the other properties on the market by identifying and highlighting the aspects of the home that are unique.

There are several important steps in our approach.  First, we establish the market value of your home through a Competitive Market Analysis based on a comparison of your home to other homes in your neighborhood that are on the market or have recently sold.  With this in mind, we then identify the unique elements of your home that will help it sell for the highest price possible.  We highlight these aspects of your home with professional photography as well as on the MLS listing.

When a potential buyer visits your home, they will see what we want them to see.  The DMD method will increase the number of buyers that visit your home as well as the number of offers you receive, eventually securing the highest possible selling price.
