Remote Relocation Service DMD Chicago Realty's Remote Relocation Service is designed for people who are moving to a new city, but will not be able to actually be in that city during the whole process. We will work with you extensively through email and our online software to review all the properties on the market that meet your criteria.  Our MLS software allows us to work with someone located out-of-state just as easily as if they were in town.
Full Resolution Photos You will have access to full-resolution photos of every property on the market.  You will be able to take a virtual tour of each home to make sure it meets your criteria before you go and see it in person.
Keeping your Organized You will be able to save your notes, document which properties most interest you, and ask questions all in the same place.  We will be able to see your questions and respond quickly and save our responses to your online profile.  No more searching for important information buried in you email.  This is hands down, the most efficient way to search for a home with your Realtor.
Accurate Property Information You will have access to the most accurate and up-to-date listing information for every property on the market.  You will even be notified automatically of new homes or if a property lowers the price or accepts an offer.You will be using the same software Realtors® use. No more mis-information from free internet sites like Trulia, Redfin or Blockshopper, etc.
Interaction with Your Agent Your agent will constantly be working with you online.  And it will always be the same agent.  All your questions will be answered in depth.  All your concerns will be addressed quickly.  It will be as easy and efficient as though you were working with someone in person every day.
