Our Agents

Mike is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  He received his undergraduate business degree from Boston University in 1990 and his law degree from Tulane University in 1994.  Since 1998, Mike has been active in Chicago real estate.  This involvement has included owning and renting out multi-family buildings, rehabbing property, and building a single family home.  In 2007, he founded DMD Chicago Realty.

Mike is a Chicago native who grew up in the north suburbs.  Feeling most at home on the north side, Mike moved to the Lakeview neighborhood and lived there for eleven years.  Recently, however he returned to Highland Park with his wife and son.  His background in law has given him a uniquely qualified perspective into the intricacies of the real estate business.

Brendan is also a licensed real estate agent and signed on with DMD in 2008.  He recognized the value of the philosophy behind DMD Chicago Realty, which is a new definition of service.  He graduated from the Jesuit University of Saint Louis with degrees in Spanish, Italian and International Studies and prior to going into real estate was a Spanish interpreter both in St. Louis and in Chicago.  Though not a Chicago native he moved here when his fiancé was a medical intern at West Suburban Hospital, in Oak Park.  He and his fiancé currently live in Portage Park on Chicago’s northwest side.

In late 2008, the fundamental idea behind DMD Doctor Division was born and Brendan transitioned over to planning, designing and piloting the program which is designed specifically to make the home buying process easier for medical residents and doctors.  After months of planning and preparation, the program was rolled out this past spring and has been largely successful.  To date this is the only program of its kind in the Chicago-land area.
