The DMD Doctor Division was created in 2009 as a natural growth of our firm and an extension of our philosophy because we recognized that our approach was most appreciate by those with the least time and the busiest lives.  At DMD we understand that there’s never enough time in the day.  Buying a home as a new doctor can be an extremely daunting task.  It takes time, focus and financing, each of which can be challenging.  The goal of the Doctor Division is to work with doctors to overcome all three of these obstacles to finding the perfect home.  We start by helping you find the right financing, which is the first step.  Then we work with you to define your goals, needs and priorities.  We then meticulously review all properties on the market that fit your criteria.  We also analyze the market in the area you are looking to buy to make sure we keep you informed of the local trends and the current property values.  We always go the extra mile to save you time when it comes to finding the home you’re looking for, and to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What to expect…

First we listen to your goals and help you set priorities.  An important part of this processes will be the "Nuts and Bolts" packet, answers to the most common and most difficult questions about buying a new home, and the Homebuyer’s Notebook, which are both included in this material.  You may want to use the Nuts and Bolts packet to help you work through the Homebuyer’s Notebook.  From there we will work proactively to make the sure the process moves forward as expected.  We take the necessary steps to save you time when it comes to finding financing, home browsing, viewing properties, and preparing for closing.
